Refunds and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to the policy below.

Under the protection of European Union legislation (Consumer Rights Directive), you may be entitled to a right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless exceptions apply to sealed products for health or hygiene reasons.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, product safety is our priority.

We accept returns in the following situations:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Product unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging.
Return request made within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).

Products not eligible for return:

Open supplements or in use.
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Sealed products that have been opened after delivery, for reasons of health and hygiene.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Product photos (if applicable)

After analysis, our team will send return instructions.

As soon as the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.

Important notes:

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of our error.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after verification.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before proceeding with a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

After the shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.
