Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity.pt, we strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please see our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Period

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of their placement.

To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team through the contacts below within this period.

If the cancellation order is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment.

If you wish to cancel after this period, the cancellation may not be possible.

In these situations, you may refuse the delivery at the time of receipt. As soon as the refused order is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed with the refund of the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not reembolsable for cancellations made after the 24-hour period or in cases of delivery refusal.
  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may be applied.
