Directions
1. Remove all shelves or trays from the microwave, leaving the rotating tray if present. 2. Place the compress on a dinner plate on the rotating tray. 3. Microwave the compress for 20-25 seconds. 4. Apply the compress for 10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor. 5. Wait 2 hours after use before washing the compress in cold water with a mild detergent. 6. Air dry the compress for at least 24 hours before use. 7. Replace the compress after 6 months if using daily.
