MOLD before using or making adjustments. Contact us if you have any problems. Step 1: Place in hot water for 45 sec. Step 2: Dip in cold water. Step 3: Bite & Mold. Step 4: Place in cold water for 5 minutes to let mold set. You can repeat steps 1-4 for a better fit.
